Are you a she/her identifying student pursuing studies in biology, pre-dental, pre-med, pharmacy, nursing, or health sciences? Women In Pre-Med welcomes students from diverse racial backgrounds and ethnicities to join our empowering community! 🚀 About Women In Pre-Med: Founded at Tuskegee University by twin sisters Alayah and Alexis Collins, Women In Pre-Med strives to create a supportive space for women of all colors pursuing degrees in the medical field. Why Join Women In Pre-Med? 1. In-Person Campus Events: - Engage in service projects, webinars, guest speakers, panel discussions, and fundraising events tailored for your campus. 2. Clinical Courses: - Participate in hands-on clinical courses such as Blood Pressure Training, IV Stimulation, and Suture Classes hosted on your campus. 3. Access to Medical Professionals: - Connect with guest speakers and panelists who share insights and experiences in the medical field. 4. Graduation Packages and Recommendation Letters: - Gain exclusive access to graduation packages (stoles) and receive recommendation letters upon participating in at least 3 in-person events. 5. Leadership Development: - Develop leadership and networking skills, receiving resources to guide you on your journey to medicine 📚 Membership Requirements: - No GPA requirement; open to all enrolled students in accredited two-year or four-year colleges. - Join by filling out the Google Doc available in the official Women In Pre-Med Group Me.
