The mission of the URI Schmidt Center is to democratize workplaces, enhance worker well-being and economic prosperity, and positively contribute to organizational and societal justice. We do this by providing cutting-edge academic programs, generating scholarship to address relavent and timely workplace issues, and conducting outreach and service to myriad industry, advocacy, and policy partners.
