Join instructors and students from the University of Rhode Island to learn computer science, artificial intelligence, computer-assisted music production, and cybersecurity in a fun, exciting environment. No previous experience is required for any of our camps.

Expanded Hours for those who need it! Daily camp instruction for students entering grades 4-8 will end at 3:30 and ‘fun challenge units’ or Kahoots will run from 3:30-4:15 for students who want to stay/parents who need additional time to pick up. Last pickup will be from 4:15-4:30.Digital Frontier Camp: Step into the Future (Focuses on Computer Science, AI, VR, and Coding): Introduce your camper to updated computer science curriculum with added artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and virtual reality (VR) modules. WK 1 and WK 2 will be different, so students can repeat the weeks. Coding and game designing, creating objects using 3-D design, and taking a trip using virtual reality are some of the units planned for the camp. No prior experience needed.Computer-Assisted Music Production: New modules have been added to challenge new and returning students. Students are able to participate in both weeks, and will be given new challenges each week and will use software, such as SoundTrap, Code.org, and Rap Odyssey to produce music using computer software and coding. No prior experience needed.We have added Junior Counselors: A new, paid mentorship program for high school students, which allows the grade 4-8 campers to get help at a ratio of 3 campers to every 1 counselor. This allows students to have personalized instruction and feel supported.Payment and Registration:
