New to working out and not really sure where to begin? Feel intimidated by the gym or weight room? Join us on Tuesday and Thursdays at Women on Weights! Learn and develop skills for strength training in a supportive, safe, and empowering environment! Women on Weights is a brand new, 5 week/10 session group exercise class beginning March 26th. This programĀ  is open to all, but geared toward all who identify as women with a focus on injury prevention, stress management, and education on weight lifting to gain confidence in exercising and the gym.
