Are you new to working out and not really sure where to begin? Are yoy feeling intimidated by the gym or weight room? Join us URI Campus Recreation's licensed personal trainers on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Women on Weights! Learn and develop skills for strength training in a supportive, safe, and empowering environment! Women on Weights is a 5 week, 10 session, group exercise class. This program  is open to all, but geared toward all who identify as women with a focus on injury prevention, stress management, and education on weight lifting to gain confidence in exercising and the gym.

 

Registation opens January 22nd for the program!
