 ence. Gender diversity in oceanography has been improving in recent decade
 s\, yet women and those who identify as non-binary remain underrepresented
 \, particularly those belonging to marginalized groups. Join a conversatio
 n with three scientists to discuss their research\, and their perspectives
  on how the “leaky pipeline” of gender disparity in marine science can
  be fixed. \n\nDoors open at 5:30 p.m. and refreshments will be served. Pr
