This two-day program, organized by URI's Metcalf Institute, will cover a range of topics. Participants will be able to satisfy CDP Certificate requirements including Individual Development Plans, Mentorship, DEI Fundamentals, and Time Management. Additional programs will cover project management and ethical peer review.
