URI Providence Campus Urban Arts and Culture Program presents

VETERAN STORIES November 1-December 1

with a Gallery Night Reception November 17th 5-9pm, and

‘VETERANS: Sharing Our Truth’ a time for story sharing time at 6pm on November 18.

The exhibit with the accompanying story sharing time is about Veterans and their families.  It includes individual artists in all styles and subjects and explores the work of programs that help deal with deployment, and returning and rebuilding personal lives.  The exhibition will include art in all media and personal writings documenting personal experiences, expressing feelings, and that which brings joy and peace.  The exhibit will feature the work of Center for Dynamic Learning documented by Justin Casewith work by:  Jillian Barber, Steve Beckwith, Paul Bouchard, Richard Boudreau, Cynthia DiDonato, Robert Easton, Roland C. Gauvin, Beth Johnson, Kristin LaFlamme, Dan Lake, Steve Lippincott, Angelo Marinosci, Jr, Thomas Marino, Jason Melino, Thomas Morrissey, Deirdre Salvas, Anthony N. Shipp, Jeffrey Stenbom, Michael Stricklin, Michelle Thomas, Ehren Tool, Edward Vebell.

Gallery Hours: Monday – Thursday 9-9, Friday 9-5
