The work of social justice is difficult, and leading change without a clear vision of our values can lead to frustration, exhaustion and ambivalence. Join us to explore values-based leadership in action in this interactive workshop. It is knowing our values and leading from those values that helps us to better focus our energies and commit to making positive change. In this capstone offering, participants will process their personal results of the VIA Value in Action Character inventory and create action plans for personal and professional progress.
