The Distinguished Lecture Series serves as an annual professional development offering hosted by the University of Rhode Island’s Physical Therapy Department. Each year, an internationally recognized physical therapist whose accomplishments have impacted an area of healthcare will be invited to be our guest. In addition to providing a quality educational program and networking opportunity, this event serves as a fundraiser for our students. 100% of the net proceeds will be earmarked for our students to attend professional conferences.
