We begin with Dr. Carlos Garcia-Quijano speaking on "Convergence Between Western and Traditional Ecological Knowledge in Ecosystem-Based Tropical Fisheries Management." Garcia-Quijano is a URI assistant professor of Anthropology who specializes in Ecological Anthropology, Human Ecology.
