Join us to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage at the University of Rhode Island. This event will bring together several groups and include cultural entertainment, cultural foods, a keynote speaker, and the presentation of the Asian Cultural Ambassador Awards. Our keynote speaker, Xay Khamsyvoravong, Mayor of Newport, will provide an inspiring speech that will focus on Asian Americans in our society and the importance of diversity/inclusion
