The Social Justice and Inclusion Microcredential

The Social Justice and Inclusion (SJ&I) Microcredential offers anti-oppression educational development workshop modules for University faculty, staff, and affiliates. You’ll complete four modules via Zoom offered throughout the semester, then submit your portfolio to earn the SJ&I Microcredential.
Module 1: Developing a Critical Consciousness
Module 2: Understanding Social Identity, Power, and Privilege
Module 3: Recognizing Implicit Bias
Module 4: Understanding and Combatting Microagressions
While we recommend that participants take the modules in order, it is not required.
