Virtual EventAs the fall semester begins, the University of Rhode Island Academic Health Collaborative (AHC) and the URI Interprofessional Education and Practice Initiative (IPEPI) will be co-sponsoring three distinct panel discussions focusing on the current COVID-19 pandemic. Each panel discussion will feature URI alumni, faculty, and community leaders who will describe their work, share their experiences, and bring a greater understanding of how individual efforts make a collective difference during a global crisis. These presentations will also highlight the profoundly positive impact interprofessional healthcare teams can have on crisis response and the far-reaching impacts on individual and community health.
