URI Providence Campus Urban Arts and Culture Program & The Rhode Island Alliance for Art Education present

The 16th Annual Richard W. and Ronald S. Buteau Memorial

S2022 and Gift of Art to the State of Rhode Island Exhibit May 3-27, 2022.

Gallery Night Reception - May 19, 5-9pm, with a special recognition ceremony at 6:30pm.

The mixed media exhibit features more than 250 artworks by K-12 students from public and charter schools throughout the state, and the honored selection of Foster-Glocester Regional Schools for The Gift of Art to the State of Rhode Island 2022 - adding 9 new works to the permanent collection of more than 250 works - due to the extraordinary work in the visual and performing arts in the Foster-Glocester School System, and their efforts to integrate the arts into the curriculum across disciplines.
