Join us for an afternoon of surprising insights, unexpected laughter, and thought-provoking ideas at TEDxURI 2026. This year’s theme, “Now That’s Funny,” explores humor in all its forms—funny ha-ha, funny strange, and everything in between.

From curious observations and unusual discoveries to moments that made someone stop and think, “That was funny—why?” our speakers will share fresh perspectives that challenge how we understand humor, oddity, and the unexpected. These are not stand-up routines or punchlines, but illuminating stories and ideas that are insightful, entertaining, and deeply human.
