The University of Rhode Island will be holding a celebration of the South Kingstown Solar Consortium's ambitious solar energy initiative. The Towns of Narragansett and South Kingstown - partners with URI in the consortium - the project developer Kearsage Energy, and government officials will be on hand to recognize the development of one of the largest clean energy initiatives in New England.
