Setting Up Your IDEA Course Evaluations

1st Option: Wednesday, March 27th 9:00am to 9:50 am in Memorial Union 318 
2nd Option: Thursday, April 4th 9:30am to 10:20am in the ATL Seminar Room (Chafee 241)
3rd Option: Friday, April 5th 10:00am to 10:50am in the ATL Seminar Room (Chafee 241)

This hour-long training session will focus on the instructor experience for the IDEA Course Evaluations on the Campus Labs platform. The training is designed for both first time and returning users interested in understanding tools available within the platform.

Topics covered will include instructions on logging in, setting objectives and custom questions, monitoring response rates, and accessing current and past evaluations.

Participants are encouraged to bring laptops so they can set up the current semester evaluations and have questions answered in real time.

If you are unable to attend any of the sessions, you may sign up below to gain access to the "Intro to IDEA" Google Team Drive. This Drive includes a video recording of a prior session and a pdf copy of the slides from the session.

All registrants for any session will also be given access to the Drive.
