With anticipated travel approaching, arm yourself with the skills and confidence to stay safe in dangerous situations!  Led by Sensei Brett Geaber of Innovate Karate, this empowering, hands-on workshop focuses on information, best practices, and techniques needed to avoid and get out of potentially hostile encounters of all kinds. 

Register on IMLeagues starting Feb. 24th at noon.

Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes prior to start time, and be sure to dress in comfortable clothing and closed toe, rubber-soled shoes or sneakers.
