Be Safe on Spring Break! With anticipated travel approaching, arm yourself with the skills and confidence to stay safe in dangerous situations! Led by Sensei Brett Geaber of Innovate Karate, this empowering, hands-on workshop focuses on information, best practices, and techniques needed to avoid and get out of potentially hostile encounters of all kinds.
Register on IMLeagues open one week prior to the event (Feb 28)
Be sure to dress in comfortable clothing and closed toe, rubber-soled shoes or sneakers
