Join us for the annual Rhody's Not So Spooky Halloween on Fraternity Circle. This event is free and open to the public, designed for families and children to enjoy an extra round of trick or treating and halloween activities. Costume Contest, Fall Treats, Kingston Firetruck and more! Parking available in the Keaney lots off 138, enter the event at the section of quarry road and fraternity circle. Hosted by URI Greek Life.
