Relay For Life is a worldwide event sponsored by the American Cancer Society. At URI, we participate in the movement by walking the indoor track at the Mackal Field House in honor and in support of our family, friends, peers, and colleagues who have, or have had cancer. By raising money for the American Cancer Society, we move closer to living in a world with more birthdays, and less cancer.

This is URI's 12th annual Relay For Life event. Over the last 12 years, we have raised almost $500,000 as a community. This year, we need your help to make this event a success. All students and faculty are welcome to sign-up for an attend our event. We will have student performances, games, activities, music, great food, and lots of chances to win prizes!
