R for Data Science - Data Transformation with dplyr

Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 11:00am to 12:30pm

Carothers Library, Room 130
15 Lippitt Rd, University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI 02881, USA

The dplyr package in R Programming Language is a structure of data manipulation that provides a uniform set of verbs, helping to resolve the most frequent data manipulation hurdles. It helps to create some new variables or summaries, rename the variables, or reorder the observations in order to make the data a little easier to work with. You’ll learn how to do all that (and more!), which will teach you how to transform your data using the dplyr package
