Learn to Use AI Effectively & Responsibly to Further Your Academic & Professional Career  

This workshop, led by Dr. Stephen Atlas, associate professor of marketing, and Ph.D. student Wangsuk Suh delves into the world of prompt engineering for education and research. They will explore the capabilities of OpenAI's ChatGPT in generating human-like text and language processing tasks, as well as the limitations and importance of human oversight. The workshop will discuss principles of responsible prompting, providing examples of prompts for writing, content creation, and individualized learning. Participants will leave the workshop with practical ideas and strategies for effectively engineering prompts to support their teaching, learning and research goals.
