The Nonviolence Institute teaches by word and example, the principles and practices of nonviolence and addressed potentially violent situations with nonviolent solutions.

The training is an inclusive workshop on what it means to live a nonviolent life, not just in a physical sense, but also in the way we talk and interact with family, friends, and strangers, as well as how we talk to ourselves.
