Fourteenth Annual Distinguished Achievement Awards

The Distinguished Achievement Awards honor alumni, corporations, and friends who personify URI's tradional of excellence in professional achievement, leadership contributions, community service, and philanthropic endeavors, therby bringing distinction to themselves and to the University of Rhode Island.

Nominations can be made in the following categories:

• President's Distinuished Achievement Award (Individual and Corporate),
• Rising Star Distinguished Achievement Award,
• Athletic Director's Distinguished Achievement Award, and 
• Dean's Distinguished Achievement Award (one per college).

Nomination materials must include: 2019 Nomination Form and a one-paragraph summary of nominee's accomplishments, contributions, and engagement. 

The nomination deadline is March 1, 2019.

The recipient must attend the awards ceremony to accept this award.

Please note that URI faculty, staff, and students are ineligible for consideration.
