On Wednesday, 11/1/23, the Multicultural Student Services Center (MSSC) start the commemoration of Native American Heritage Month.

Please note that the capacity is 55 people and registration will be shut down once it reaches that point.

As you all know, the University occupies the stolen land of the Narragansett tribe and while November is reserved for our Indigenous brothers and sisters, we should be showing homage every day.

The panel will feature tribal members, including current leaders of the Native American Student Organization (NASO).

Catering will be provided by Sly Fox Den Too----a local restaurant that specializes in authentic Northeast Indigenous cuisine.
