Allow us to guide you through the most peacefully present part of your day. This class is a great addition to your yoga practice or for anyone that wants to take time themselves to relax. Some weeks may include light movement and breathwork while others may focus on mindfulness exercises.
Registered participants must check in with an instructor (Absolutely no drop-ins). Bring your own beach towel/yoga mat, water, and your mask!
