The drop down lists are unhelpful for a group or sponsor not listed or for multiple sponsors. Also some entries cannot be left blank once a mistaken entry is made. There should be a type in option for sponsors and group names.
If you do not have an account, one will automatically be created when you log in with your URI SSO.
