Historical Perspectives on Woman Suffrage: Rhode Island and Beyond 

Join us for a lively panel discussion with Elizabeth Stevens, editor of Newport History, Elisa Miller, Associate Professor of History and Department Chair at Rhode Island College, and  Emily Lynch, Lecturer in Political Science at URI, as they explore the history of woman suffrage in Rhode Island as well as the legacy of women running for office today.
