Nelson, PhD, Professor, Founder and Director, StrongWomen Initiative, will present URI's annual Annual Schweers Lecture on Women and Health. Nelson will speak about: "StrongWomen: Exercise, Nutrition, and Optimal Health."
Nelson is an acclaimed advocate for women’s health, author of the best-selling "STRONG WOMEN" book series, and Director of the John Hancock Center for Physical Activity and Nutrition at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.
