Herstory is an intimate celebration honoring the women who serve as the unsung backbones of our society. This event, curated by OUTSPOKEN by Simply Sara, invites women from all walks of life to share in a night of empowerment, storytelling, and connection. Featured poet Ariel Tavares will grace the stage, setting the tone for the evening. The highlight of the night will be the roll call for the open mic, where we hope to hear powerful stories from the URI community. This uplifting event is made possible through the collaboration of P.I.N.K Women and The Multicultural Center, creating a space where voices can be heard and women can come together to inspire and support one another.

Fostering an inclusive and welcoming community is at the heart of the Multicultural Student Services Center (MSSC)‘s work.
