The third in our series on sustainability, this Faculty Office Hour features John Taylor, M.L.A., Ph.D., assistant professor of agroecology in the Department of Plant Sciences and Entomology. Professor Taylor's research focuses on urban agriculture: community food forests and the planning and design of urban green infrastructure, including multifunctional urban agriculture.

Joining as moderator of the discussion is Catherine Weaver '81, '96, founder, chief vision officer, and artistic director of Tupelo Design Studio, a full service landscape architecture firm located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. She holds degrees in landscape architecture and anthropology from URI and is past president and current board member of the Rhode Island Nursery and Landscape Association.
