Exercise and Mental Health

Virtual Event!  Learn how exercise benefits mental health by participating in an interactive workshop. There will even be an optional 2-minute challenge at the end of the meeting to get the heart rate pumping to experience the immediate effects of how exercise can reduce stress and boost mood.
