Session Description: This module is the first of four required workshop modules to earn CED’s Social Justice & Inclusion Microcredential. This module presents and discusses the knowledge, skills, and dispositions that are necessary to advance anti-oppression in the workplace. The objectives for this module are to (a) articulate foundational concepts associated with anti-oppression and multicultural competence; (b) outline ACPA/NASPA’s Social Justice & Inclusion Competency Area; and (c) brainstorm the hallmarks of an anti-oppressive, multiculturally competent workplace. Intended for University faculty and staff.
