We are kicking the month off with another installment of Culture & Canvas: Arab American Heritage Month Edition This program is in collaboration with the Middle Eastern Student Association (MESA) and will feature alumna AGONZA. Space is limited and registration can be found here.
AGONZA is a revolutionary artist whose work decorates murals throughout the city of Providence. She entered URI through Talent Development and graduated with her B.A. in Art, and a minor in Theater.
This event brings the community together to collectively express creativity while simultaneously embracing the culture. The work created through Culture & Canvas also decorates the shared spaces in the MSSC, which truly provides the student centered vibe.
