Graduate students and postdocs who receive substantial (at least one month of support) from a principal investigator's National Science Foundation (NSF) awards will be required to have an active individual development plan (IDP). IDPs map educational goals, career exploration, and professional development. This new rule is effective May 20, 2024. This session will introduce students to IDP, and how to craft and utilize this professional development tool. Register HERE!
