This 1/2 day retreat combines the practice of yoga, meditation, personal journalling, and discussion to explore and cultivate compassion towards ourselves and the world around us. Light refreshments will be served, and participants will receive a mindfulness journal to take home with them. No experience required, all levels welcome.
