In conjunction with URI's Diversity Week, the Common Reading Program brings together a roundtable panel focused on Native American students' success and retention in higher education.
Speakers include: Aquinnah Wampanoag Linda Coombs, David A. Patterson, PhD, George Warren Brown School of Social Work at the University of Washington, St. Louis; Steve Stonearrow, Little Thunder Medicine Society; and Sonia Thomas, URI student and member of the Narragansett Tribe.
