Join URI MPA Director Aaron Ley and MPA students Courtney Greene (Throwe Environmental) and Evan LaCross (Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management) as they share research results from their interviews with over 40 public, nonprofit, and private stakeholders that are part of the green infrastructure, stormwater management, and climate resilience network in Rhode Island to learn about the challenges of financing projects in Rhode Island’s municipalities.
