Angelo Marinosci, Jr. is a captivating and dynamic individual. Among his talents include: professional painter and photographer, engaging teacher, musician, writer and composer. He is the epitome of the Italian American: a warm and inviting host who gathers friends, family and those who will become friends to eat, drink, share music, art, philosophy, laughter and tears. Angelo’s reaches into depth of his soul reflecting his years as a practicing Buddhist. His photography captures the most precious moments of daily life taking place. His paintings vibrate with a mystic dance, sometimes joy-filled, sometimes soulful, often playful – whether portraits, landscapes or abstracts reflecting his travels across the globe: Cuba, Italy, Vietnam and everywhere in between. This exhibit of Angelo’s painting, while not a retrospective per se, covers the breadth of his life and the magic of his vision as an artist.
