This series of workshops will offer a practical introduction on how to get started with conducting bioinformatics analyses on Unity. It will guide the participants through the different steps required to run a program on Unity as well as introducing examples of bioinformatics pipelines and softwares in popular research areas.

Monday, March 24 - Getting started on Unity: data storage and transfer, submit jobs, bioinformatics softwares, and biological datasets.
Tuesday, March 25 - How to efficiently use the resources on Unity
Wednesday, March 26 - Amplicon sequencing data analysis
Thursday, March 27 - Metagenomics data analysis
Friday, March 28 - Protein structure prediction
