The conference will be held at the Newport Marriott, at 25 America's Cup Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Free parking is available at The Gateway Visitors Center, located at 23 America's Cup Avenue (next to the hotel).

A discounted room rate totaling $294 (including taxes and fees) has been secured at the Newport Marriott for guests of the 25th Annual Labor Arbitration Conference. A social hour, with light refreshments and a cash bar, will be held in the atrium at 4:30 pm Thursday evening, followed by a 6:00 pm screening of the film "Interview with The Honorable George Mitchell" in the Salon. Please see the RSVP details for this pre-conference activity after you submit your conference registration.

A breakfast buffet in the conference level lobby and gourmet lunch buffet in the atrium will be served on Friday.

Registration Information:

Early Bird Rate: $250 - Available for attendees who register by October 7th!

General Admission Rate: $350

Purchase of an Early Bird or General Admission ticket grants you access to the full day of conference programming on Friday, November 8th. If you plan to attend the Pre-Conference Social and Screening, please RSVP to the Sunday Evening Film Screening via the order form at "Checkout" when you purchase your ticket. This pre-conference activity can be added at no additional cost with your RSVP once you have purchased your ticket.

Tickets will be available until Monday, October 28th.

Certification Credits:

The conference is open to the public and will benefit anyone working in the labor and employment fields.

This program has been approved for up to 6 MCLE credits with 1 ethics credit. Attorneys seeking MCLE credits should include their bar registration number on their online registration form.

This program has been approved for up to 6 PDC credits for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. To receive the Activity Number, please include your SHRM membership number on your online registration.

A Certificate of Completion will be emailed to those who request one after the conference.
