URI Theatre: "Singin' In The Rain"

Sit back and get ready to laugh, cry and be thoroughly entertained. The University of Rhode Island’s Department of Theatre will present "Singin’ in the Rain" this month.

"Our production is a direct, stage version of the film with all the romance, Hollywood glamour, show-stopping dance numbers and solid storyline to make it a memorable challenge,” says URI Theatre Department Chair and Director Paula McGlasson.

"Singin' In The Rain" is based on MGM film. Music by Nacio Herb Brown; Lyrics by Arthur Freed; Based on the screenplay by Betty Comden and Adolph Green.
