Seafood Cooking Demonstration

Renowned local chef and cookbook author Normand Leclair will demonstrate mouthwatering preparations for bluefish and summer flounder, with samples for the audience. For 33 years, Chef Leclair was the chef-owner of the Red Rooster Tavern in North Kingstown, R.I. His cookbook Culinary Expressions, which includes stories from his over 50 years in the food industry, will be available for purchase, or visit www.culinaryexpressionscookbook.com.
