Based on the philosophy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. the Nonviolence Summer Institute 2013 joins national and international participants interested in learning the skills necessary for promoting peace, nonviolence and social change in their local communities, region, or globally.
Kingian Nonviolence is the framework for our intensive certification training of trainers programs where non-profits, professionals, human-rights activists, academics, educators, students, government officials, clergy, law enforcement, health care workers, community organizers, and all those interested in promoting peace come together to share experiences and learn together in a culturally diverse learning community.
