Professor Leonard Susskind, director of the Stanford Institute for Theoretical Physics, is an internationally recognized physicist known as the “Father of String Theory.” His achievements have earned him numerous prestigious awards, including the Sakurai Prize in Theoretical Particle Physics in 1997.
