16th Annual Black Scholar Awards Program

The 16th Annual Black Scholar Awards Program and reception will honor accomplished Black seniors. In addition, the 2013 Class of the Rhode Island Onyx Senior Honor Society will be inducted in a ceremony.

The keynote speaker will be Mr. George R. Spivey, Equity & Affirmative Action Officer, Town of Falmouth, Massachusetts.
